A new private video has been leaked through the Internet. Its called “McSteamy Video”. Steamy is the right adjective for the video scandal. It features Grey’s Anatomy actor, Rebecca Gayhart anda former Miss Teen USA contestant,Kari Ann Peniche. The video tape has the duration of 12 minutes and is now being feasted upon by the online community
The LA Times , which described the tape as “hilarious” and Dane as “McBoring,” reported that the video shows the three in a Jacuzzi, lying around naked and passing around a video camera. US Magazine described the tape as a “nude” tape rather than a sex tape, as there is no sex on video, though it does contain nudity.
TMZ.com reported that Peniche told them that the incident on tape took place two years ago and that there was no sex among the three. Peniche also goes on to say that the video was stolen from her computer hard drive by her roommate, Mindy McCready, while on the reality show “Celebrity Rehab.”
Gawker.com posted a edited version of the video and reported that the tape shows the threesome apparently inebriated and lounging at Peniche’s Los Angeles apartment.
Gayheart and Dane’s lawyers say the video is “not a sex tape,” however, and was “simply a private, consensual moment involving a married couple… never intended to be seen by the public.” Yeah, we’re guessing they probably weren’t gunning for national exposure of this particular independent film.
“It is a private tape made for only my clients’ personal use, and nobody has the rights to exploit it,” lawyer Marty Singer said in a press statement. Kari Ann Peniche’s manager David Weintraub told the tape was just “guys having fun, hanging out together. There is no sex involved in this.”
Kari Ann Peniche claims the video, which was stored on her personal computer, was stolen by ex-roommate Mindy McCready. The two appeared together on the TV reality show Celebrity Rehab 3. Peniche claims Mindy McCready stole her hard drive when she moved out after an argument. Peniche has also stated through her reps that she did not have sex with Rebecca Gayheart and/or Eric Dane.
Recent celebrity sex scandals have involved leaked nude photo’s of Disney’s Vanessa Hudgens (twice). Leaked photos of “Twilight” star Ashley Greene have also surfaced.
