blanket hates the light
“Blanket” Jackson, son of Michael Jackson seems to hate the light.
His dad kept the children well shielded from the media spotlight by putting blankets over their faces when young and made them wear masks as the Jackson children got older.
If this is true, Blanket Jackson could be suffering from Photophobia, an aversion to sunlight – or even well lighted places.
However, it is also true that Prince Michael Jackson II (to give “Blanket” his full name) is only 7 years old and to be on stage in front of the crowd at that memorial would be pretty stunning for anyone, let alone a boy of that age. Not everyone, for example, has either the stage presence or stage experience that his father, Michael Jackson himself, did at that age.
His sister, Paris has already said that she looks forward to a career in show business but it has to be said that Blanket there is looking a little more hesitant about the whole being on stage thing.
Now that questions are arising regarding the children’s biological parents and future custody issues, it seems apparent that Paris, Prince, and Blanket will continue to be in the light. Unfortunately, they may also become the subject of tabloid media fare in a way comparable to that of their father.
