Mariah Carey is dressing in a mini outfit and laying in front of Gucci Mane as seen in the music video for her ‘Obsessed’ remix version.The remix is of the lead single from the forthcoming twelfth studio album, ‘Memoirs of an Imperfect Angel’

The highly anticipated album, which reportedly will feature production from James “Big Jim” Wright and Timbaland, Jermaine Dupri and Brian Michael Cox, has had its release date pushed back from the original August 25, 2009. As Singers Room reports, major retailers including Amazon.com are revealing a September 15, 2009 release date.

After debuting a music video for “Obsessed” original version, Mariah Carey now makes public another music video, only this time to promote the song’s remix which features rapper Gucci Mane. In this video, Mariah is seen sporting a white mini dress and laying on the table in front of Gucci.

The five-time Grammy Award winning superstar drew notice with the original music video. Brett Ratner directed the original video as well as the new one which features some of the footage of the original, which was shot on location in New York City at the Plaza Hotel.

As with the original, the Mariah Carey Obsessed remix lyrics continue to draw notice and speculation that they refer to Eminem.

In related news the singer is set to perform on NBC’s reality TV show “America’s Got Talent”, which is hosted by her husband Nick Cannon, on August 5 and will be seen on the “TODAY” show on August 28.
