Khloe Kardashian is a celebrity weight loss champion.

Her sister Kim may be the one with the famous figure, but this time, it’s Khloe Kardashian who is showing off her svelte new shape.

Sisters Khloe and Kourtney are starting to look just as fabulous as big sis, Kim.  Khloe in particular has been working extra hard and she has lost 20 pounds to prove it! She and sister Kourtney donned a two-piece swimsuit for their upcoming E! reality show called, Kourtney and Khloe Take Miami.  She told E! Online,

“I actually was in a bikini on camera!  I never would have done that before – ever. I would rather have died.”

How’d this krazy Kardashian lose all that weight?

“I recently just lost 20 pounds!” the reality star told Usmagazine.com at the Three-O Vodka Bubble launch party in NYC Thursday.

“I try to do just 30 minutes of cardio, mandatory,” Khloe, 25, tells Us. “Obviously if I have more time, I want to do weights, but really that cardio is what works for me because I’m bigger. Cardio is what leans me out, and it still works your muscle definition too. Any kind of cardio.”

And to avoid a monotonous routine, she makes sure to switch hers up.

“I do different kinds everyday because I get really bored. I do boxing, I go on hikes, I do stairs,” Khloe Kardashian says. “I’m always switching it up.”

A for her dieting secrets?

“I eat whatever I want until noon. From noon on, I watch what I eat,” says Khloe, who said she’s launching a diet product called Quick Trim with Kim. Really.

“I only drink champagne. 100 calories in a glass, and I’m good.”

In December of 2008 she posed naked for a PETA ad but since then she decided to drop the unnecessary pounds by changing her eating habits and exercising.  She said,

“Eating is my hardest problem. I need sweets,” she said. “And I’ve been killing myself at the gym.”

Kourtney and Khloe Take Miami will debut on E! in August of 2009.
