The Courtroom of Human Emotions is open this weekend to unveil a new exhibit in the case known as Jon & Kate Gosselin.  Hardly a month after filing for divorce, Jon G. has been photographed enjoying a French kiss of sun with his new ladyfriend.

The 32-year-old father was spotted with a young woman in St. Tropez, part of the scenic French Riviera, on Saturday.

In a gesture of celebrity defiance, Jon stepped out to be snapped holding hands with 22-year-old Hailey Glassman while enjoying a day in St. Tropez along the famed French Riviera.

Glassman, who reportedly is the daughter of Lawrence Glassman, the plastic surgeon who gave Kate Gosselin a much needed tummy tuck, joined Jon G. on the yacht of Ed Hardy fashion designer Christian Audigier.

Last month Jon and Kate announced they’ve filed for divorce.
